DON'T GET FOOLED. This office is OUT OF NETWORK for Anthem and I'm not sure who else. They did not tell me when I submitted my insurance information for them nor did they do a pre authorization with my insurance. They acted like they did though, and gave me an estimate of my out of pocket which is due at time of service. When I was notified much later that my insurance did not cover the majority of the services this company provided, I was told by an employee of this company that it states on the company website that they are out of network, they tell everyone when they call, and also they are not required to get a pre authorization despite me calling with my insurance info and checking on what would be covered. My mistake I did not scour the website for fine print type information and trusted the word of the company. Don't make the mistake I did and get stuck with a bill! If I would have known it was out of network I'd never have gone there.

I told him I was in more pain than I should be and thought I may have an infection. He simply said I didn't need antibiotics and nothing more. Now, 6 months later, the infection is still there and so is the hole in my face. I never had an access come through my face until I allowed him to work on me. Now I need to see an oral surgeon for this 6 month long infection thanks to an assumptive, uncaring dentist.

I am very grateful for this place. They were super attentive and helpful. They have shown professionalism throughout my procedures and have always made me feel comfortable. The doctor and the whole staff there made me feel special.

They will sedate you to pull your wisdom teeth. Awesome service!
