        I have some friends that live there and that's all good but it's a trailer park too expensive and don't do anything

        Great community. First time living in a mobile home park. Before i found this place, mi opinion of mobile home parks was poor to say the least. This place is well kept. It has amazing management; courteous and very helpful. Yes, she is very strict and running a tight ship is why this place is so good. Safe, clean grounds and you never hear your neighbors. I've been here for a year; initially this was a short term term thing. I've read some of the negative reviews on here and can't believe them. My experience here is why I've written this lengthy review. Lot rent is fair, for how well maintained this is. Maintenance is A+. They do remove snow from our streets.During the warm months, landscaping team keep our grounds neatly manicured. As long as we have Jackie, I'll stick around. I love Westar and its staff!
