Being a first time home buyer I was really nervous about the process. I did a lot of research and chose Prime Lending because they are a national company, so they can offer the best rates, and after locking in a rate they are able to lower it of it drops more than .375%.
We just received keys to our first home yesterday and I am still amazed at how pain free the process has been. Tracy has been quick to answer any questions we've had and really guided us through this process. She was able to "run the number" and give us multiple finance options to choose from. We even received a lender credit that we used to pay points down on our interest rate. I was really worried the underwriting process was going to be hell and I was fully prepared to have to offer everything including a blood sample. To my amazement, the underwriting process easy. We didn't have to submit any additional paperwork or write letters explaining anything.
I highly recommend Tracy and Prime Lending. I really enjoyed the level of service we received.
