The Foundry

They DO NOT respond. The Foundry on Eddy Street will GHOST you like youve never been ghosted before. Which is hilarious and also infuriating how their communication with us is very high when it comes to them collecting money!!! Im reading the replys that the Foundry has left under several of the reviews, too. Whoever is writing those is lying through their teeth. Its all talk, and no action. I know two different people living at the Foundry that have been waiting over 6 months to receive their referral bonus. Try going into their office on literally any day and youll get a hilarious response of Oh, theyre in a meeting right now Fill out a request or send an email through the portal yada yada yada **Proceeds to never respond** I wonder what fake response Ill get from them on this review?? Or will they just delete it.

Management seems to be getting bullied by Kite Realty. Unrealistic expectations on tenants. Trash receptacles are often littered in by other tenants. Thus, it's only logical we do not want to place them back in our clean apartments. Mail situation is a mess. The building where the Gym is located has many mice. They sometimes scurry across your feet as you're walking at night... Premium fees for not premium convenience. There is limited space to walk dogs. Management will tell you not to let them go on the mulch beds. What they won't tell you is there's limited green space otherwise. The green space behind building B is sold... What happens when a house is built on it Kite Realty keeps the dog park closed even in good weather. Like come on. Premium rent for what???

Even though I had some issues when I moved in, they were quite efficient in getting everything solved as soon as possible. Special recognition goes to Laura and Anjali, with whom I interacted more.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. For how expensive it is to live here, I'm shocked at how poorly managed it is. It's incredibly difficult to contact the staff, and when I do, it takes WEEKS for my maintenance issues to be resolved (which is extremely problematic when my shower won't drain, the door isn't sealed properly allowing ants to build anthills in my apartment, etc.) Also, they will nickel and dime you for just about everything.
