        If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience with Vivo was horrible. They sent us pictures of our apartment prior to moving in and the pictures showed a fireplace...and we were told it was going to be a first floor apartment. We go to move in and it's a second floor apartment with no fire place. The apartment was not clean--there were dishes in the washer, refuse in the freezer, marks on walls, items in the utility closet. The laundry was free at first, but there was ONE WASHER AND ONE DRYER for 10 buildings with four units in each building. Eventually they started charging for laundry. The pool was green and inoperable for 90% of my year at Vivo. You have to watch your bill, as they will randomly change what they're charging you each month. My lease said $1417, but I was being charged $1454 some months and other amounts other months. The property was not maintained...I literally had trees growing out of the gutters and spiderwebs blocking the stairwell. I can't implore you strongly enough to AVOID this scam. 1/24/24 update- Ive tried calling the office and no one answers. I not live out of state.
