Got a great van at a great price. But as far as being helpful after the fact about fixes, not so much. Our sales person has been very unhelpful and honestly just rude. Not responding to any of our calls or texts about getting our van door fixed.

I bought a 2023 Ford Bronco from this dealership and will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership ever again. The car was purchased brand new from the sales floor with 0 miles, within four months buying the car, my remote start on the phone does not work, and the Touch screen freezes every other day. Called and went inside to talk to managers, talk to the service manager, he said he cant do nothing about this. Talk to other managers they said they will call me but never called. The other managers told me when they have a rental car, they will call me, but never did. This place is absolutely terrible, dealing with a non-functional car already six months. AND AGAIN, DO NOT BUT A CAR FROM HERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Let me tell u Drake and Troy were just awesome made me feel like family they listened to my wants and needs and made it possible and took care of me. Dont let your credit be the reason your not driving off the lot singing beep beep gurley Leep because these two will go above and beyond and I thank them dearly from the bottom of my heart.
