        My stay at Aloft in downtown, south bend Indiana. Exceeded all of my expectations! The decor, rooms and overall aesthetic was uncomparable to most! The staff themselves, Were remarkable in their abilities! Particularly, The sales manager Sam, She was absolutely wonderful! Her positive Attitude and Friendly demeanor was exemplary! She appeared to be well rounded in her ability to Converse and assist guest. I plan to stay at this location for all of my future travels to the south bend area. Rooms: The design and layout of the room was perfect and matched luxury with affordability perfectly! Walkability: Many great options within walking Distance including, food, drinks and even just sightful stroll threw the downtown area!

        Beware of the hotel Internet service. According to personal experience and after speaking with the Front Desk multiple times, there is a security mechanism in place that will disconnect you after 30 minutes to 1-hour of use. I travel a lot and like to play video games in the evening. Kind of impossible to play when you constantly are getting kicked from the system. This is the only hotel I have ever experienced this issue at.
