Please do not use this company, especially if you live in Michigan. They are not licensed in the state of Michigan! It is the law to be licensed in the state of Michigan. They lied to us and told us they were licensed in the state of Michigan and that they had a permit pulled for our installation. They even attempted to get another HVAC service who was licensed in Indiana to pull the permit. Once we found out they were not licensed and we did not have a permit it void the warranty on our equipment they installed and it voids homeowners insurance policies. We learned all of this from the state of Michigan when we contacted them. It is also a felony to use another company to pull a permit illegally. It took weeks to get everything straightened out and then it failed inspection! They’re install was not done to code and we were told they were supposed to use a licensed electrician and they did not. We have attempted to reach out to them with no response so our case is being handled now by the state of Michigan, the state of Indiana, the Better Business Bureau, and attorneys. This company is not honest and they could be charged with misdemeanors and felonies. A breach of contract voids the contract when an unlicensed contractor is involved
