They had me paying insurance on the wrong vehicle bc she had the VIN wrong after I gave it to her multiple times and I needed renters insurance by June 1st called in on May 6th went through Auto & Renters policy was told everything was good to go I DIDNT NOT KNOW NOR WAS INFORMED to call Progressive to make it into effect so as of June 2nd when I went to find my renters policy it wasnt there so I had to call and ask why and she acted like I was the one wrong! When she knows Im new to all this stuff. I used to love this place been a customer for over a year now I need a new place and its horrible I have to start over somewhere else. It makes me very unsettled! Im not saying her name bc she was great most of the time but this is messed up and cause me a lot of unnecessary stress and worry!!!
