Cre-Asian

A couple of years ago, I visited my cousin who resides in Taipei, Taiwan. I immediately fell in love with this beautiful country, rich in both history and culture. Out of the many things I came to cherish during my stay in Taiwan, the amazing cuisine was what I missed most of all after having left. In particular, the national dish known as beef noodle soup became one of my most favorite meals, making sure to try whatever regional variation I could on my journey throughout Taiwan. I became saddened when I returned to the United States, as I thought I'd never get to eat this delicious dish until my next trip back, whenever that would be. That is, until I visited Cre-Asian several weeks ago. Owned by a kind man from Taiwan named Frank, Cre-Asian, both to my surprise and joy, made my beloved beef noodle soup. Further, Cre-Asian's take on this dish is the second best of all the versions I tried, meaning if you don't have the budget or time to visit beautiful Taiwan, (though I highly recommend you do if you can), you can still enjoy this incredible meal and not miss out on any of the amazing, authentic flavor at all. If you want to enjoy the delicious taste of Taiwanese cuisine, among several other Asian dishes, at an unbelievably affordable price and in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, I can't recommend Cre-Asian enough. This has now become my favorite restaurant in South Bend. You'd be crazy not to try it. :)

Amazing food what else can I say? Me and my friend we always order Eggplant with garlic sauce which is one of the best dishes on the menu. I asked them to make it spicy and less sweet they made it just perfect. Their bubble tea is really good too. They have a whole separate menu for the vegetarian dishes which is heavenly for people like us who are vegetarians. Veg spring rolls are excellent too. I am not sure how many time I feel like I had to get their food at least once a week lol :). Best Asian food in town.
