During the Christmas rush a person ran a red light and crashed into my vehicle. I attempted to negotiate with their insurance company for months. In the process I discovered that the insurance company had a billion dollar advertising budget featuring cave people, animals, and a star reptile. I further discovered that they cared less about fair negotiation. I contacted Foley and Small and Doug Small got the ball rolling right away. His secretarial staff treated me like a member of the staff, promptly forwarding or returning information. Throughout the process Doug was informative, responsive and most importantly considerate of my value in the case, which resulted in an equitable settlement.
