        ATTENTION AMAZON: GET RID OF THIS DSP. Prospective workers: Dont work here. You will eventually get bit by a dog. Guaranteed. Thats not even the worst part. Promised raises never came. Treated like a number. 2 faced company. They pretend like you matter but its all an act. Its about money. Period. Management is 2 faced. They swing from owners free candy sack. Yep, they even provide candy to help in the illusion they care. A few dispatchers were nice people and maybe they were exempt from this next part but when you work here long enough you see through dispatchers/managements fake sunshine. Also women seem to be favored especially the fit ones that move fast and get things done early. They always get the smiling face and great attitude. Also if anything benefits management outside of work you get the red carpet treatment. Some drivers get special privileges in asking for certain things that make their route easier while others just get what they get. Injured on the job workers are treated horrible. Dont work here.
