    I recently had the unfortunate experience of residing at Hermitage Apartment, and I must say it was one of the worst living experiences I have ever had. The management and staff at this apartment complex were consistently rude, unhelpful, and showed a complete lack of professionalism. From the moment I moved in, I encountered numerous issues that were either ignored or handled with a dismissive attitude. The maintenance requests I submitted were often met with delays and half-hearted attempts at fixing the problems. It seemed like the staff couldn't be bothered to address the issues properly, leaving me frustrated and inconvenienced. Furthermore, the communication from the management team was abysmal. They were unresponsive to my inquiries and seemed disinterested in resolving any concerns I had. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with a team that showed such a lack of care for their tenants. The overall condition of the apartment complex was also disappointing. The common areas were poorly maintained, with trash often left uncollected and cleanliness being a constant issue. The noise levels were excessive, and it seemed like there was no effort made to enforce any sort of noise regulations. In addition to the poor management and maintenance, the apartment complex had a serious security issue. There were multiple instances of unauthorized individuals gaining access to the building, putting the safety and security of the residents at risk. Despite reporting these incidents, no action was taken to address the security concerns. Overall, my experience at hermitage apartment was extremely negative. The rude and unhelpful staff, lack of maintenance, poor communication, and security issues made it an unbearable living situation. I would strongly advise anyone considering this apartment complex to look elsewhere for a more professional and accommodating living environment.
