        Alyssa and Katie were so polite and helped me find a home wuickly for a last minute move in. these ladys are great!!!

        Do not living here bad experience. Luxury prices for nothing. I had a stove exploded on myself, It been more than 2 years putting work Order over and over , went to office every time maintenance came they did something, temporarily it work right away it become worse. After the stove exploded on my self they decided to change it . They put a new one trash again I couldn't cook at home I have to eat outside with my family. They don't care . Annual raise increase. Maintenance is bad. Run away bad place to leave . I have been leaving here for 3 years .my patient is done today I decided to put my review

        Beautiful place to live, quiet & peaceful! Alyssa & Katie are very nice and friendly, the maintenance is very prompt and professional. I highly recommend living in this community!

        Katie and Alyssa were marvelous! The best of the best, so happy to have found them again. Moving from across the lake to the ladies that were always helpful to me! If your looking for somewhere to live Runaway Bay is the place to be. The staff is outstanding and always provides great customer service. They WON'T let you down!!!
