This location gets lower And lower on my list of companies to go to for car services, while the mechanics are amazing and go above and beyond. The guy at the front counter does not give proper documentation or remember to send email confirmation of services. When I go get this information I wont be nice this trip nor will I ever use meineke again. Ever!! All because Shane sucks Service: Oil change

We are fairly new to the Indianapolis, West 38th St. Meineke. Ive been pleased since day one. The mechanic, Chris, that has done a great deal of work for us is very good and competent! Im pleased with Meinekes eagerness and availability to help in a very timely manner. I talked a lot yesterdsy with the owner Larry, he is definitely a man of integrity. I communicate with Shane quite often on the phone. He is always courteous. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
