KFC

Wasn't happy with last couple trips. The app shows deals we can order online or at restaurant yet the $30 bucket meal was all the sudden not offered, EVEN WITH THE COUPON AND SHOWING IT ON APP! Employees were rather rude about it as well. Go to spend $35 and end up spending A LOT more for A LOT less food! Long time customer, thinking about not returning to Speedway location again!! Very disappointed

I'm currently eating their delicious, fresh, and crispy spicy chicken sandwich box. Wow the drive-thru service was extremely fast and the food was hot and ready to go. The drive-thru worker had a positive uplifting attitude and the food looked better than the photos my favorite KFC to go to now will have to be this one. Oh and the fries are now better than rallys

I made the mistake of ordering food from this KFC on May 7th, the day before Mothers Day. I placed my order on the KFC app. When I arrived at the store at the time my order was supposed to be ready, I was told to come inside and wait. About 20 minutes later, they told me my order was ready and handed me my bags. I spent $60. I asked them if everything was there and they assured me it was. I had several bags, so I just took their word for it. When I arrived back home, I discovered that my order was NOT complete. I ordered 2 family meals and didnt receive any of my biscuits or coleslaw. I tried to call the restaurant, but no one answered. Our Mothers were at our house waiting to eat and I was already late, so I didnt want to go all the way back to the store to get my missing items. I completed the survey on my receipt and explained what happened in detail. I received an email from someone named AARON asking me for more information. I responded to the email with all of the information and never heard another word back from AARON or anyone else affiliated with KFC. I wasted my time is an understatement. Thats ok though, I will never do business with this KFC again. There are plenty of chicken restaurants out there that actually appreciate their customers. Ill choose one of those next time. The Colonel would roll over in his grave if he saw what has become of his restaurant chain. KFC used to be a very reputable business.

Food service quality was extremely poor I ordered 6 whole wings what I got was 6 baby chic wings. The price I paid for these 6 pc I could of bought a 20 piece whole full size wings from your competitors. A 20 piece whole from competitors equals to 50 @KFC #KFC 6 piece so called whole wings.

My first time at this location.. the line was long but once I got to the speaker & ordered everything went quicker than I thought. My meal was hot, efficient & fresh!
