The employees had an extremely rude attitude and gave horrible service. Went through the drive thru, asked to add one item to the order when I got to the window, they said "nope we're not doing that, you have to go through the line again." Went through the line again to get the item, and they say the machine is down and they can't make it. Not even 5 minutes later. Complete joke.

Absolutely loved it! Staffing was great and tacos were delicious. Definitely coming back!

This place sucks boootty they never have tortillas lol which wat taco bell doesnt have them so (excuses) they are lazy and close the grill before 1am and close registeake sure u have the right amount of cash bc you wont get change but theyll take card. F that place every other is fine around. get yalls stuff together i go there to much to get messed over lol

Went to the location to order some tacos which was Priced at $13.99 For the playing party pack of 12 tacos but I was charged $16.99. When I asked if I order the correct item because the price was of. I was told there must have been an upgrade change that they were unaware of and that they only could give me coupons to where I can come back buy more food and then I would get something for free lol.I'm not looking to get anything free I just want to make sure I'm paying for what I see because I placed that into my budget when I was ordering.Even though it's just $3 off the principle of the fact still matters you should honor the prices that you have displayed to your customers.Other than that this location is a really good store I was just very disappointed on how they handle this situation.

I went through the drive thru and asked for a bean and cheese burrito a staple I always get at taco bell for many many years. They said they don't have it, and that they have bean burrito and bean and rice. I mentioned well it is called the bean burrito, but has cheese on it. They mentioned it ONLY had beans that I would need to modify it or order the bean and rice and omit the rice. I subsequently left and went online to look at the ingredient list. Sure enough it has it. I ordered it via the app one time and picked up and STILL had no onions, sauce, or cheese. I went to another Taco Bell and asked what comes on it and if different locations can have different ways making staple items outside customizing the food and they said no the menu is the same outside specials. Thus this location DOES NOT know what comes in the food and goes off name only. This is a simple item that has 5 things. Tortilla, beans, cheese, onions, and hot sauce. How the hell do you all not know that and even tell a customer that has order this very item since 1995 when it has NEVER changed in all these years (outside getting slight smaller and higher price). For shame.
