        I work 12 hour days on night shift. I try to get some time to develop my nephews game when I have a chance. On June 7th I figured we would go to The D1 Factory since I get off of work at 5:45am and they open at 6am. I call around 6:15 to see if we can shoot around, nobody answers the phone. I arrive there around 6:40. No one is at the front desk, but I hear music coming from the turf area. I went in there and asked a lady wearing a D1 shirt if my nephew and I could shoot around. She yells, No and you guys have to get out now! Even if they have certain hours for basketball and we happen to come when the courts arent being used, her customer service was incredibly rude and unprofessional. If the staff is going to act this way around children Im going to make sure my nephew and any one else I know that has a child does not go there.
