I came in June to get frosted glass for a standard window. They measured and quoted me an expensive price. The salesman offered something much cheaper from some leftover stuff he had in the back room. I agreed. Offered to pay at that time. They did not take it. Order was supposed to be complete in 2 weeks. In September, they called me and wanted me to come get it. I had forgot and circumstances had come up. The guy on the phone was giving me the "custom order" jazz but I can't make money appear. I apologized and we ended the call knowing that I could not pick it up. Someone called me in October again requesting I pick it up. When I brought to his attention that we had already had the conversation and I still did not need or have means for the glass, he got rude. He got forceful as to when I would be by to pick it up. I advised that this was settled by our last conversation in September and circumstance have not changed since. The gentleman hung up on me. I will never walk into this place again and I will dissuade anyone from using them. When you are a small business, customer service must be your best skill to compete with large companies who treat customers cold.
