        Edited and downgraded. Called before booking to see if the pool was open. Despite being told yes, there's been a closed sign up the entire time. Workers set off fire alarms after 730pm. Took forever to get them stopped. If it wasn't so late, I'd change hotels for my last night in town. First time ever, my room was NOT clean. That cost 2 stars. It's conveniently located and has a pool, a must for the grandkids. I've stayed here for years when I'm in town. NEVER again.

        The pool is hit or miss here. We arrived early afternoon the pool was closed. Later in the evening it was open. The next morning it was closed again. Extremely disappointing for our kids and one of the main reasons we chose to stay there was for the pool. The front desk was polite and the rooms were great. Location is convenient.

        Some guests aren't respectful of quiet time till 8. Breakfast was good. Found two cockroaches in and near bathroom. They moved us and sprayed. Not sure how to prevent some of that. Seemed clean otherwise. Always hate that the pool is almost always closed when we are there. Desk staff is always friendly.
