        Best Landlord I've ever rented from! Very responsive to the needs of the home and property at my requests, gives me free reign to make and perform modifications and repairs as I see fit, so long as it's an improvement. Never gives me a hard time or sweats me if I forget to pay for a few days or so after rents due, due to being a very busy Father and business owner. He always performs repairs promptly. He allows for me to help family by letting them stay, and semi adoptively raise several children who aren't my own, allowing them to stay too. He has me perform much of his tree work on his propertys. Trusts me and knows I'll take good care of the place and keep it clean, and it's just generally a good relationship/friendship!

        Slum Lords who take advantage of low income families. Dont sign contracts with these people. Heard many horror stories from a few families
