This bank has TERRIBLE terms of service for their savings accounts! As a teacher and with input from a parent based on proximity to their home, I recently helped her son, my student, open a bank account at Old National Bank. You have to have fifty bucks to open an account - no problem. However, if your balance "falls below" $300.00 any DAY of a month, you get charged $4.00!! If you do nothing at all, they have a "dormant" fee of $5.00 per month. (I called to complain about all that is in this review and did find out that to them "dormant" means no activity for a period of about two years, but that is not explained on the fee sheet.) If you change your mind and decide to pull the money from your newly-opened account to bank elsewhere, you have to wait 180 days or you will get dinged $25 for closing your account "early!" If you struggle to balance your checkbook or need "research," those forms of help come at a cost of $25 and HOUR and $5 per copy of "researched items" so DON'T ask for any research to be done regarding your accounts!!! Use your ATM card somewhere besides Old National and that will cost you $2.50 per withdrawal. A lost ATM/debit card costs $7 bucks. Wanna "buy" some rolled coins? That'll cost you thirteen cents per roll and the rich folks who want to buy strapped currency have to pay sixty-five cents per strap! There's much more, but those are the ones that stood out the most. It seems to me that if one reads long enough, there is probably a charge somewhere for "breathing in and breathing out!" I heard you referred to as a "rich man's bank" as it related to this specific experience of opening an account with and for a student. It seems an apt reference based on your terms of service. No thanks Old National. You would NOT be the bank I'd choose "now or evermore!"

Horrible customer service. They have my address mixed up , unwilling to help, and do not care that my debit card is expiring when I called to make sure I would receive it in time. They still do not know when I would receive my new card. This is just one of an entire list of problems I have had with them since I first started banking.
