        I came to Toyota of Terre Haute for an oil change and tire balance/rotation. I arrived approximately 20 minutes early and left 1 hour and 45 minutes later. Originally when I purchased the vehicle (from Toyota of Terre Haute) I was informed that the Toyota Care had the tire coverage but when I was informed I have an irreparable nail, the tires were not covered. Overall, the staff was very friendly and pleasant to work with the experience was less than ideal. 3/10 would recommend.
