turned my elderly father away and did not pull a tooth one time because he didn't bring a check to pay for the bill at the time of the service. another time pulled a tooth and sent the same elderly father home bleeding - the assisted living nurse told me his office staff told her to send him to ER if it was bleeding so badly. They sent him to ER who later sent him home still bleeding. Finally the next day Dr. Knepper stitched the opening closed. Meanwhile they lost the check to pay for it In short the office staff is RUDE, the dr. is rough and unreachable in an emergency. Chose another dentist

If I could do 0 stars I would! I went here TWO YEARS ago to have my wisdom teeth removed. I had at the time both my parents dental insurances because I had not had any of my own insurance yet and Im still young. I went in before scheduling my surgery and gave all my insurance to the receptionist and filled out all the proper paperwork. I came in for surgery and it went well and the doctor was really nice. After surgery, my mom asked how long to wait for me to eat, they said I could eat solids immediately after leaving. Confused my mom said ok, trusting their professional knowledge and got me food. I chewed on my tongue for 20 minutes and about choked on my food. Two years lasts they have me served with court paperwork for $900. Come to find out, they didnt bill the insurances properly (since I had two) and NEVER billed my dads Government insurance. The receptionist admitted to me and my mom multiple times she made an error and did not bill insurance properly yet I was still sued for almost $1000. DO NOT GO HERE. They dont care about their job they just want $$

I called Dr. Kneppers office to see how soon I could get in to be seen. They got me in that same day for an exam and started me on an antibiotic so that my pain would go away and they were able to schedule me by the next week for my extraction! Dr. Knepper was very knowledgeable and the staff was very kind. While in surgery, Dr. Knepper explained what he was doing and was very patient when I had questions. Dr. gave me a list of instructions when my surgery was finished that had his home number on it to call if I had any problems. He also called me that night to make sure everything was going smoothly and to ask how I was feeling. After the surgery, I took pain medicine for only a day and didnt need anymore after that. All around a pleasant experience for such an unfortunate event. I will definitely be going back.
