        Every time I visit family in TH, I make sure to get a workout in at Dedicated Health! It has all the equipment I need for bodybuilding!

        Dedicated Health has been great for helping me get started on my wellness journey. I have tried several workout classes over the years, but I found them difficult to stick to and I never quite got the results I wanted. DH also helps you with nutrition and that alone has helped me to have much more energy and to overall feel better. A special shout out to Tori as well - she has been awesome!

DH was made by three fitness enthusiast who had a dream of helping people reach their fitness goals through help with nutrition and fitness. We provide the Terre Haute area with support and education on how to reach your goals along with top of the line equipment and supplements to reach them. We also have one of the best supplement shops in the Terre Haute area.
