This is the second time in one week that FedEx has said they attempted deliver and there was no one home or business closed. Two of us are home every single day; we are practically recluses. We look back at footage from our cameras and no sigh of any trucks even passing by. This has been a continuing problem with FedEx. Tired of the lies of these drivers. What are they doing, going back to FedEx at the end of the day with a truck full of packages and claiming no one was home? it's not like these packages needed signatures, they could have left them had they actually come here. This is ridiculous! I'm sure there are people out there who would love to have their jobs and actually do them.

FED EX DO BETTER!! I would give -10000 stars if I could! Expected 4 LARGE packages today and they LIED saying attempted delivery! I was home all day! Over $1000 worth of merchandise and paid well over $100 for shipping! To be told there is no local.number..and I can't pick up ground shipping! So WTH am I supposed to do?? I DEMAND to get my packages!

I had a notice my package from FL was delivered, no it wasn't. So I called. The lady I spoke with on 800# was rude. I drove to our local fed ex( of course I went to wrong 1) then I went to fed ex off Margaret Ave. Well ill say this Liz went above & beyond to get my package. Ty Ty Ty Liz your a asset to Fed ex.

Great costumer service, BUT, they can No Longer copy a shipping label off the senders phone, you must go to a place (like Staples) to get the label printed then go back to FedEx.
