        I ordered a pair of shoes on sale, as a gift, but could not exchange them for a half size larger. I called and no one could give me any answers on exchanging them (how it would work and refused to confirm they had the size I needed in the store) so I came into the store and was told I could return them and buy them again but would have to pay full price. ($50 difference)The transaction was within a couple weeks of original purchase. I returned them and bought them appreciate the help

        I was told I would be able to purchase a pair a shoes Ive been waiting on for over 2 months, just for the employees to tell me I cant get them because they sold them before release date. The employees are unsatisfactory and when they do help its so little it barley matters. They make promises they cant keep and waste peoples time on the daily. Do not go here. Just go to Indy.

        Wow. Best shoe store ever! Even if the workers and management are incompetent inbreds that send customers stained shoes. It's ok! I understand it doesn't take much intellect, education, or skill to be a shoe salesman. No problem! Thank you!
