AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

I'm trying to get this story straight...I had to have my truck towed in, told them I was in no hurry. I started wondering about 6 weeks what was going on. He said I was next up, about a month went by. I called again the truck was almost done. Friends were saying why is this taking so long. I was really wondering what was going on. Come to find out the main mechanic had walked out because of jealousy and the others followed, so he had to run the place by himself. I found out about this when I picked it up. Because of the wait he waived ALL diagnostic tests and ALL labor for putting on a new wire harness. I didn't expect anything else but told him I would deal with him if I had some future work to do, he said he would even givee a discount in the future. I didn't expect that. The guy felt bad about the whole situation, I could see where he was coming from. Stuff happens and sometimes we have to be patient. Like I said I will be going to him all the time

I had my brakes & oil change done. They were very up front on the price. I was happy that they were honest with me that I did not need new rotors. The last place I took it to tired to sell me rotors and my boyfriend told me to watch out and take it somewhere else. I took it to AAMCO and I was told that my rotors were fine. It saved me over $700. Services: Brakes, Oil change
