My husband and I have been using Colonial for a while, since before the fire caused them to move from their old place on Rt. 30. And honestly, its been great until recently. We have been using the Calumet location and twice now I have seen an employee (the same one) smoking out the drop off window, both times causing the place to reek of cigarette smoke when I went inside to pick up my clothes. I pay to have my clothes dry cleaned so they look great and smell fresh; definitely not to then sit in a room that smells of cigarette smoke. Thats justgross. Im disappointed to say Ill be taking our business elsewhere.
