A really nice local u-pick apple orchard with a decent variety of apples that ripen in different seasons. When we went, late in the season, they had 3 ripe varieties. There was less traffic than some larger orchards, but that means quality apples. I went with 6 nieces and a nephew aged 16 to 2 and they loved it. There are goats and chickens that keep them occupied. It's out there but it's worth it, everything was very reasonably priced and super local.

2nd time I have visited the stand. I've had very good luck with the vegetables. They're ripe, nice size, taste excellent. I've purchased the honey, it's fantastic. My son says apple butter good. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I purchased McIntosh apples today. To be fair they were already pre bagged and I have no idea how long they were there. They're over ripe. Sandy soft taste. I purchased from Yellow River Farms as well had the same issue. They should be crisp. It's not my favorite to eat when over ripe because of rhe sandy mushy feeling in mouth. I don't know if they were picked too late, or sat too long. Maybe that's how they believe they should taste...but they really should be crisp. McIntosh is my favorite apple for eating and canning.
