We hired Harmon-e pools before winter. We were the second pool to be placed for 2020. We decided to go with a 16x32 pool with auto cover. Ryan from the start was easy to talk to and professional. The process was held up by COVID but this did not stop them from working. Ryan, Rick and Blaize started digging and had to do a lot of hand digging to make it perfect as the original digger was on a travel ban. There was a mix up in the auto cover parts that set it back a week but delivered and installed by a wonderful guy named Todd. Everything was seamless. I asked a lot of questions during the install and never once did he seem annoyed; this is why we hired him. He was always there to make sure everything was answered and making sure things were going smooth! We wanted to make sure it was a great fit for us, and we could easily talk with one another. We had days of rain, snow, cold, heavy wind and they were at our home working. Ryan and his guys worked hard when they were here and always made sure to sneak in some good laughs. (Shut up Blaize) haha! The pool is absolutely perfect and wouldnt have it any other way. I would highly recommend them for your pool needs.
