We have lived here for three years. Location and amenities are great for a rental unit. The staff when we moved in was Amazing! We weren't sure if we were going to stay in Warsaw long term so leasing was the best option. This really is your only option in Warsaw because there are not many good apartments/townhouses in the market. We started leasing a two bedroom unit for about $2000 and by the end of the three year, we went month to month for about $3000 which is exorbitant but we decided to stick it out until my semester finished. We have no kids or pets and had coffee stains behind a night stand when a cup spilled. We have received a $361.99 bill for all unit carpet replacement. I will add that it took them three months plus to repair a water leak in the roof. We came home after Thanksgiving to find our plush carpet soaked in water because it rained so much. We never sought any damages to the carpet or our upholstered furniture so it is disappointing to receive a bill like this. The unit carpet is not the best quality and I feel like I am being penalized for normal wear and tear just because they can. Would not recommend this company but in Warsaw, there are really no other good options..yet.
