Toyota of Warsaw - Service Department

Jordan in the Service Department was amazing help. My remote access was not connecting properly. I spoke with Jordan on the phone- he was friendly and helpful. Suggested I stop in at my convenience and he could solve the problem in a few minutes. Sure enough he did! I appreciate being treated as an intelligent and valued consumer. Great job Jordan!

Told me they wouldn't be able to check if a certain item causing brake studdering but then said that item was fine. So I felt lied to

Needed to buy a new car and this was the nearest dealer who had exactly what I wanted. With the price of a new car these days, I dont want to settle for a car that isnt. Buying from an out of state dealer was an interesting experience but Cory made it happen pleasantly. It is interesting to understand how little say dealers have with the manufacturer but Cory promptly addressed any issues. I cant understand why Toyota insists on only sending cars with black interiors to the deep South. I know it hides stains from little kids better but its still gets way hot in the summer. Cory has also followed up with me more than once after I picked up the car to make sure any questions I had got answered.
