I use to love boost but they are a pain to get a hold of or to help with anything. Since they changed carriers my service sucked

Brought my mother- in - law in to switch her phone from boost to our plan at t mobile. I did the exact same thing one month earlier with my plan. When we came in she was on the phone helping a customer in the store. She didn't recognize our presence at all for at least 10 minutes. Not a huge deal since she was the only person in the store. She finally stopped long enough to ask if we were there to pay a bill and I told her no we wanted to get an account number for keeping her phone number and to unlock her phone to keep it possibly. She sharply told us no to call 611 for help. I said no we did the same thing last month right here. She ignored me. I asked her name and store number. She refused and told us to go online for the store number. My mother-in law is elderly and the other customers were right there! I will never recommend boost to anyone! And employees like this will ruin your business

Literally walked in to the store to find the guy sleeping in the store. He made it very clear me waking him was an inconvenience.
