Their office sent 2 texts simultaneously that the appt time is 1:30 and 1:45. After this, they called and said the appt time was 1 pm. It is now 2:34 pm and we are still here. They claim that my mother had the appt time wrong. I am a witness to the texts and call. Even if it was a 1:30 appt, why are we still here 1 hour later.

We see Dr. Reichenbach. He is great however some of the scheduling ladies on the phone can be a bear to work with. Tried to book an appointment. It was rescheduled several time. The lady scheduling was very rude and had an attitude. The office seems disorganized and chaotic at times.

I am a new patient as of November 2020 and I have liked it so far. It never seems to be very busy and I don't know if it's because my doctor is fairly new, but he's always able to talk to me for as long as I need (I don't remotely feel rushed during appointments). I have been seeing Dr. Kidder, who started back in July 2020. When you call to make appointments, you will end up on hold for a while (I think my shortest time has been maybe 4 minutes and the longest close to 20) but the receptionists have been very polite and helpful. I honestly feel like they all care about me.
