Went out here to check out the rentals. Good price and the one we saw was lovely. The lady in the office was awesome. No yards to speak of but if you dont mind that then check it out if in the rental market and looking for a mobile home The park itself is very clean.

I lived here for almost 5 years and never had any issues. Neighbors are friendly! Office Manager is amazing and does what she can for her residents. It honestly is quiet and well kept. One of the nicer parks to live in Warsaw. They always do great with repairs, answering calls, and providing assistance to those who need it promptly. Works with residence efficiently.
