        Porter Estates has been quick to reply answering questions and offering to help. Being a new renter has its ups and downs, but Porter Estates had made it more simple.

      Hi Jasmine, We are always striving for transparency, proactive communication, and providing high quality residences. Seeing as we just moved you out and have not yet provided you with any close out statement, I am curious what fees you have been charged? You have the details of your lease and the email stating what you would need to do to your residence in preparation for moving out and the charges that would be taken out, if those steps were not completed. With this proactive communication, there should be no surprise to exactly what is taken out of your deposit once your final statement is received.
