        Lark keeps increasing their rent and looking for reasons to charge you money. They charged us 950 dollars for a single-time plumbing repair but that issue is a historical issue of that building and has existed before we moved in.

        Trash landlord!!! They will do them best to charge you unreasonable fees, the only way to get back your money is to go to small claim court and sue them. BTW their rate was 1.x before. Many good reviews are fake. Dont believe them!!
