Provenance Apartments

Got fined $150 this month for trash can violations. They didnt leave any note of the date/time/the reason why we were being fined. If they had sent us a notification the first time, we would have known. Update: I emailed them and asked for the agreements and terms for trash violations. Got a reply after a week from Tomiko Hayes of BK Management that they have done everything in our power to make everyone aware and that fines will be charged accordingly.

Locked outside home at 11pm due to bug in security system. 24/7 emergency number was hang up twice and finally got picked up at 3am. It was an experience that you will never get at other places. Overcharging everything but providing nothing matches the price. Keys replacing costs 75 usd. Rents increases by 400ish every year. Not any utilities are included. Internet plans pricing from 79usd per month but still very slow. Non sense trash violation fee charges you at least 100 usd every month. Property itself is good. Management needs to be improved.

I currently live at Provenance and the apartment is nice. But the apartment has recently been acquired and the new management team is terrible, literally college kids could do a better job. I am in the process of releasing and getting a new roommate they cannot answer the phone or there email. I have continually gone over to the office and they still wont call my roommate back. After a week, I went back over to express my frustration and I got talked down to my the new male manager. Seriously I was dumbfounded my the way he talked to me, like that is customer service?
