The Century at Purdue Research Park

Mr. Lozano and his team are the best: The property is very well kept. The office members are also very polite and constantly try to improve the living experience for the residents. I have lived on this property for the last 4 years and would stay longer if I weren't moving to Arizona. I highly recommend the Century Apartments at Purdue Research Park.

WARNING - I am only giving a 5-star rating out to Mr. Maurice Lozano and his crew with maintenance. They have provided excellent service! In terms of the front desk staff, I would give them a 1-star rating. They are slow to respond if you try to reach them. They don't answer their phones half the time if you need something. The apartments are nice, but do expect your rent to increase by a few hundred dollars a year when you renew. Sending out a warning before you sign their lease and your locked-in for so many months!

Its wonderful property to live in. All staff is friendly. Its quit but few min distance to Perdue campus. Their maintanance team is wordrful,they are quick and always available. A special shout out to Maurice, the maintenance manager, who was always willing to lend a helping hand even beyond the normal maintenance support.

The maintenance services are great and efficiency! Those maintenance man are all nice and friendly. Great experiences!
