Crew Carwash

The wash usually does an ok job, your vehicle is cleaner when you leave but definitely not always worth what you pay. I was in in February & soon after my wash started it felt as if I had hit a pot hole, the next thing I know my vehicle is slightly sideways in the wash with the truck behind me repeatedly hitting my vehicle. The staff came out & in less than 10 minutes we were all out of the carwash, I was impressed at how quickly they could get my vehicle straight & back on the track. Fast forward a week & I get a call from my insurance company wanting to know why Crew Car Wash was submitting a claim with them for damage to their machinery & the other vehicle damaged during my last visit. They had video but 3 different claims people don't see what Crew alledges I did, which is "touched the steering wheel". No one from Crew will speak with me, not wanting to argue just a little more info. They are no longer submitting a claim for anything but also refuse to fix my car. I have been using Crew for over 10 years without incident but my advice to others ....place your hands where you can prove you didn't do anything

My truck was covered with 12 day old bugs so I knew this wouldnt be a run of the mill wash job. The manager (I assume) stuck with me through several rewashes, to the point of personally scrubbing the last of the bugs. He earned two thumbs up for handling a difficult situation very well.
