I've tried to give it a chance. Been here 4 times since we moved to the area and I chicked the first 3 times to just maybe they are figuring things out. The rice is always hard. ALWAYS undercooked and hard. Hopefully they see this and change the cook time. The people are great though. Even when they are busy, they take the pressure well and are very personable. Just cook the rice well that's all I ask.

Not sure what is up with this location but its consistently the worst Chipotle ever. Every single time I go they are out of ingredients, the store is always filthy, and my online orders are always wrong. If you go through the Chipoltlane drive-thru, they will not give you your drink and make you come inside to get it. One time, I ordered the spicy salsa on the side and when I got home I noticed the lid wasnt properly closed and it had spilled all over everything in the bag and even leaked through the paper bag creating a soggy hole and giant mess. Another time, I found a giant piece of plastic in my bowl (barf). Yet another fateful day, we arrived, waited in line for about 10 minutes before they told us they were cash only because their card reader was down (this same thing happened on 3 more visits after this one). Literally dont go here unless you want to have a terrible experience.
