If you are working with Patty Will, you are in good hands. She answer any questions her clients have. If you are the first time homebuyer, she will calm you down and will absorb all your stress and anxiety because she listens to you and guide you accordingly. You just follow her directions and do what she asks you to do. I have been observing great work ethics and professionalism in her for the past 10 years. She has an amazing team who works hard in order to keep the loan processing as smooth as possible. Dylan does a great job in communicating with their clients and he keeps everyone informed about the deadlines and timeframes. Patty Will, her team and Caliber homes managing team show dedication and care in their work. They do make our job easier and get clients to the closing table by putting in all their efforts and expertise.
