I contacted Jeremy from Water Heater Express, he came out right away and I explained my project, to replace the water heater located in the basement, he said no problem. we scheduled the project and Jeremey arrived on schedule as he promised. Jeremy was very organized and had everything he needed. Jeremy was very professional and courteous, after the project was completed he explained what I could do to maintain the water heater by flushing every 6 month and explained the gas control on how to diagnose any issue I may have. GREAT JOB Jeremey. To all future customers, make your service person feel comfortable and welcome in your home they will really appreciate it, they are there to help you with your issue and maybe set up a work table for there tools !
