No community, laundry is horrible most stuff broken or about broken or smells very bad. Unclean and outdated. Bathrooms are horrific, no privacy or safety, and are very dirty. Room is nice though, has many damages. Doors need replaced same with the felt pads (all doors slam and squeak) gape is quite large too, so bring a draft blocker. I can stick my whole hand underneath and I ain't that skinny. Can see my other review for bathroom pictures (that was on a good day,has declined since). The 4 Elevators work, but the card scanner is messed up, so takes a few tries sometimes. Has a neat basement. Near the target.
