Tri-C plastering come and gave a quote on repairs after a remodel and replaster on some new walls. These guys do some amazing work. There final bill was right at what they had quoted. They finished there job and cleaned everything. Two days after they left the job we decided to add a little more work to do. Called Fred on a Sunday and he had us crew back out on Tuesday. These guys deserve more then 5 stars for the work they do and the talent they have.....

If I could give zero stars I would. The level of professionalism is far below substandard and is of poor judgement. After getting a quote from Fred Creasey for a job to send off to corporate, we had to wait on approval for the amount of the bid proposed. After receiving the approval for the bid and the job to start I made several calls, sent emails and went by the shop with failed attempts to get in contact with anyone. Finally I received a call from MY contractor and contact from corporate informing me that they called a company and was submitted a bid the same day. To my surprise the very same company, Tri C Plastering, responded to their request with a promptness. I immediately hung up with my contact and called Tri C to inquire about about this unprofessional encounter. Bumbling over his words with an unmeaningful apology I hung up and pursued other contractors. To my surprise the others were twice as much, so I can only assume that he under bid his own job and was trying to walk away without discussion. Thia has cost me time and 2000 more dollars to remedy the issue and make my customer happy due to me having to stand by my word and providing the service for the proposed and approved price.
Hands down a big negative 5 review for this company. The only reason I stuck with them on the bid because they were the only ones in the area to do the job. I had to source out another company that is an hour and 15 mins away.
