I started using Wabash Tax Services years ago. The service was great. Jodi was my preparer and I had no issues. The business has grown and all the good things from before is not there any more. I submitted taxes this year in February and it is May 1st and I still do not have my taxes submitted. After months of holding both my son's and my taxes, she finally completed them. I noticed an error, sent an email April 24th and got no response. Sent a follow up email April 28th with no response. Called the office and since I still owe a processing fee my taxes are still not sent in. With the customer service I received this year, it should have been free. I live in Ohio, if you are not in Terre Haute and can come in person; don't waste your time with this company. The service is NOT what it used to be. I would give zero stars if that was an option.
