I was doing a leaf removal job last week and my deck belt on my zero turn blew up and absolutely needed a quick fix. I bought the mower from Roudebush so I figured they had the part in stock but needed someone to put it on as well. The owner, Bryan, came out to my mower on the spot with a socket and wrench to get my belt on so I could quickly get back to the job. He told me he had 2 guys on vacation and 1 guy went home sick. The fact that he went out of his way for me understaffed, really blew me away. Love this place and the team. Will continue servicing my mowers and buying new mowers from here.

OMG! I ordered filters for my GC1710 tractor. I ordered additional O-rings that werent in the service pack. If you count the number of O-rings that are included in the service pack you get 2. Now under the service pack theres a hydrostatic filter and another O-ring for it, I think its for the drain plug. OK, now you have 3 O-rings. Brace yourself, Im going to ask for another O-ring. Now boys and girls, 3 + 1 = 4. When I opened the box this company sent I count 3. I added another part number to my online order with these people which is for that FOURTH O-ring. This is where these two guys I was talking to over the phone just couldnt understand!
They had me go over each part on my order, matching the filters that had O-rings. Two O-rings didnt come in bags, and the third one did, but the words on the packaging said fuel filter. Plus the O-ring for the fuel filter was much larger than the filter itself. The 2nd guy said why it is so big later in the conversation.
OK, no big deal with the fuel filter O-ring, as I never performed maintenance on this tractor before, I freely shared this information with them. The single point I was trying to get across with these boneheads was that I only got THREE O-rings, but ordered 4!! Remember boys and girls, we counted to 4 in the beginning. Things are now just to difficult for these two guys I spoke with. It was like I was dealing with a couple of NPCs (non-player characters) in a video game! The part of the brain that has to function at a higher level of reasoning, specifically being able to count to FOUR was missing or severed in a partial lobotomy. I literally banged my head against the floor during this phone conversation. My mouth was dry and I was running out of calories to function. They were sapping my strength, sucking the energy out of my life force.
Before you judge me in my review, think about this: this discussion about not getting a fourth O-ring took 28 minutes, with no time on hold. During these 28 minutes I was talked over several times, yet when I tried to do the same I was told I was talking over THEM! The second guy was extremely condescending as well.
So in a nutshell, these people are moronic and rude. Dont buy anything from their parts department, just dont. Not worth the hassle.

I bought me a toro push mower here and i like it. The staff is friendly and their prices are good. Im thinking on buying a zero turn and will come here to purchase it.
