Jennifer, the manager of the place is a lier, she's a cheap skate, if you have a problem with ur apartment her attitude is oh well, the maintenance guys ride around all day and not do anything, they wait till u move out to fix anything, Jerry the old manager got stuff done and in a timely fashion

Very predatory apartment complex. I highly recommend you stay far away from this place. Horrendous leasing agents to deal with.

Perfect if you're looking for affordable quality living that is neither affordable or quality. They advertise as a section 8 apartment, but to qualify for section 8, you have to make so little that it's impractical to begin with. That's against the government, so it's the only thing I can forgive Casey for. The ONLY thing. Without section 8 assistance, their apartments are absurdly priced for their location in the middle of scenic nowhere, Westfield. As for the quality, their maintenance crew doesn't change air filters in the units until you are nearly dying from lung issues. I am constantly discovering "mystery stains" (I've lived in Casey Acres for nearly 3 years and in this unit for more than a year). Just recently I've had Todo my own maintenance just so our front door latches properly. Do not rent. Rent elsewhere. Be a tenant at a different location. I can't spell it any clearer. Casey Acres is a terrible place to live.

I have nothing but gratitude for each and everyone in that office. Those ladies worked on getting me in my apartment for over two weeks. They were always friendly and supportive. My apartment is beautiful and spacious. A couple of young boys helped me with my groceries. Im grateful for my place and staff that helped me get here.

You get what you pay for!! I lived there 9 months and had regretted moving there immediately. When I finally saw the apartment that I was signing a lease for (2 days prior to move in), after having been on the waitlist for so long, the sprinkler system/fire alarm in all the rooms gave it a hotel vibe. The perks of living at CA are, neighbors looking in your package bin, regular police presence, trash all over the property, and a pool thats rarely open. The electric bill is high just to keep a comfortable temperature during the winter/summer months. I've never had a $200 electric bill for an apartment while it was still 65 degrees in an upstairs apartment bedroom during winter (WITH plastic AND cardboard over windows). The bathrooms have fans that are automatic and turn on/stay on, giving you no control over your usage. The maintenance man was rude and making comments to the other maintenance men in my home for having to come out for the 3rd time in 9 months, when I asked if the garbage disposal needed replaced, he said, "No, it's a YOU problem". He also stated "office is aware of the problem, and you will be charged". When I called office manager to inquire about a 'limit' amount of times to use maintenance within a years lease, and to also report the altercation, Jennifer stated that she "wasn't there" to witness this conversation and would talk to him to get "his side of the story". When I mentioned being too afraid to call for maintenance, office staff was not empathetic and said they could call Roto-Rooter and bill me $600 instead, when I mentioned leaving a review to share this information, she said that "everything will be taken into consideration when renewing your lease". I was happy to pay the $500 to leave before the end of lease. Lastly, I did not have a functional dryer the last 2 months, they claimed their work orders are 30+ days out for appliances.
