Westfield Automotive (WA) is honest and operates with integrity! Brought my 2021 Blazer in because the fan continually ran for 5 minutes on two occasions after shutting the vehicle off (intermittently does this). WA checked codes but couldn't get the vehicle to repeat the issue. Diagnosed as likely the thermostat BUT suggested to wait until the Blazer did it again and bring it in. Their approach to fix something once broke verses making money by fixing the most likely item is an example of their integrity! I have brought my vehicles to them for years and will continue to do so. Thank you!

I had a quote from a different shop in Carmel to replace my spark plugs and i thought it seemed high. I stopped by Westfield Automotive and had it done for less than half of what the other place quoted me. Super great people and I wont be going anywhere else again. 10/10

Westfield Automotive has been taking care of all of the vehicles in my family for over 20 years. I highly recommend them. They are flexible, friendly, experiences, knowledgeable, and willing to co out of their way to accommodate their customers. Unlike many businesses these days they are an establishment you can depend on and are eager to build a relationship with you not just get you in and out.
